I’ll make this short, as I know there are better things happening out there ;)

 

 

In Real Estate this week, the Minneapolis Realtors Association’s Monthly Skinny came out – Click Here if you really want see how our Twin Cities Market is doing compared to the rest of the country.

 

Also, we have another new listing up on Little Carnelian lake, it’s a back pocket listing for now, but if you’re looking for a castle on one of the cleanest and most private lakes in the St. Croix Valley, give me a call. It reminds me of a chalet in Switzerland, not that I’ve ever been to one.

 

Congratulations to the Bailey Family of South St. Paul - we just closed on their home today! So love it when I get to trounce around my old stomping grounds. Go Packers, and not the Green Bay kind.

 

We are having an Open House this weekend at 3638 Williamsburg Parkway…the best deal in Woodbury right now. If you’re out at Woodbury Days for the Parade…stop by!!
